The hotel was amazing! The rooms were large, well-laid out, clean, modern, and beautifully decorated. Staying here was a fantastic choice, and I couldn't have been happier with my experience.
This hotel is a gem in the heart of Broad Street. The rooms were honestly one of the best I've stayed in, truly comfy and not just an afterthought like in many other places. The service was super friendly, with immediate responses and apologies for any inconveniences. The location is fantastic, just steps away from the subway, making it a breeze to get around the city. Though the dining options may have some room for improvement, the included breakfast on weekends was a nice touch. Overall, a great value for money stay.
The hotel offers modern rooms with new furniture, smart appliances, a Keurig, and a comfortable bed. However, the smart mirror in the bathroom was not ready yet. The service was friendly and helpful overall, but I experienced a minor inconvenience when my bottle of water was mistakenly thrown away. The location is central, close to many of Philadelphia's popular attractions. The dining experience was good overall, although not meeting some expectations. The facilities are well-kept.
The hotel is centrally located on Broad Street, offering beautiful city views and modern, clean rooms. While the spacious suites are a highlight, being behind the gym on the third floor may be a drawback. However, the location is excellent for exploring the heart of Philadelphia with easy access to local attractions.
